Do NOT use Jersey Steamer to clean your couches or upholstered chairs. Their cleaning chemicals leave a chalky residue that dries out your skin, and it smells like mildew. My furniture is in worse condition than before it was “cleaned.” One worker, after returning to attempt to resolve the issue, gave me an attitude and refused to re-steam after denying that they were at fault for this obvious blunder. I have requested a full refund and will need to have it all properly redone.
