I've banked at Arsenal for many years and cannot continue. While once diligent, reliable, and helpful, they are now no different than a bank. In the past six months, they have mis-processed two separate transactions on my checking account costing me approximately 10 hours worth of time... I'm still waiting for my reimbursement since I'm never getting those hours back. A loan application was completely botched in their system, by their representative who was "helping". It's still never been fixed. I easily found a loan elsewhere rather than waste more time. Their customer service and client care has hit rock bottom. Save yourself the energy, find someone else to aggravate you.
