Customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my life. To the point that after waiting an hour and having to send them zoom links and basically coaching them around how to conduct their intake call. We FINALLY got on the call. I haven't had the transplant yet, but if it is anything like their customer service and technical incompetence then God help us all. My first impression, is that this business is a joke. I will keep you updated.
