Israel Beyond Expectations
This was a trip of a lifetime. It began with The VIP service at the airport, (and on leaving) our delicious welcome dinner, the choice of hotels which were outstanding and our tour guide Hillel. He made our little group of 7 strangers into a fun family willing to try just about anything. And we did! We saw the ancient archeological digs in Israel, historic sites relating to Israel’s birth, wonderful experiences in the Golan, and the most modern of Israel, The Weizmann Institute. A most memorable, was the stay at the Dead Sea and the tour of Masada. However truly there were so many wonderful sites and experiences it is difficult to pick just one. Warning: Israeli food it delicious, pants fit a little tighter on the way home.Our regular phone calls from Shalom at each new hotel gave us a level of personalized service unequaled. We would recommend this tour and Shalom Journeys without reservation.
