This is the first time with a personal trainer and the first time in a very long time that I have stuck with any kind of programme apart from very lazy cycling to work – and that is pretty much all down to Joe. I was recovering from a back injury and hadn’t realised how out of shape I had become and consequently had very low expectations of myself – fortunately and miraculously Joe didn’t and his approach has helped me overcome my defeatist attitude and I am seeing all sorts of results, both physically and mentally. The sessions challenge me in an exhilarating way – I'm doing dead-lifts! and other stuff I thought I could never do and actually look forward to sessions. Ali has been supportive and encouraging from the start I couldn’t recommend them more.
