I haven been interacting with Ali for a year now. He is so professional, easy to communicate with, encouraging, motivating and always there whenever any guidance or instructions needed. He is also flexible and helps design exercises according to the need, routine, and circumstances. Additionally, he helps a lot chart the meals during the days based on the body's needs.
