Went in to open up a account and really wasn't sure what would be the best a to try to open and the representative just didn't tell me of all my options she just was trying to hurry me alone and I didn't open up the best account for me so now I have to do it all over again just poor customer awareness service help me make the right choices and if this isn't your field of expertise then why are you assisting me to start with.
