Tom Chioles provided me with the best experience I've ever had working with a mortgage professional, by far! He was so quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns, and he always answered my emails/texts/phone calls no matter what time I reached out to him - day or night. He accomplished what no other broker was able to do in providing me with a significantly lower interest rate on the refinance of my house and he was also able to get me twice the amount of cash-out that any other broker claimed to be able to do. Our house was miraculously refinanced within 12 days, from start to finish, INCLUDING needing an appraisal, and it was accomplished during one of the busiest times of year, right before the Christmas holiday. Tom is a consummate professional, he's incredibly savvy, willing to explain things in great detail without making me feel silly for asking so many questions, and he has a fantastic sense of humor. He really cares about the people he helps and it is with the highest recommendation that I'm proud to be writing this review on his behalf!
