I contacted Rhine about obtaining a landscaping quote. When trying to schedule the consult, I simply asked if they had weekend hours available. They wrote back saying they did not and "We thank you for your consideration and wish you the best of everything." Basically conversation over. They were polite but it seemed extremely odd to dismiss a possible client after one question about scheduling. Moving on to another company.
Hi, Steve. As with our conversation via email after reading your review, I personally apologize for the way in which the email you received upon initial inquire was inferred. It is of utmost importance with Rhine’s continued quality in customer service and wholeheartedly respect and appreciate the insight you provided.
Your original inquire was asking about scheduling a time for a consult, to which our service representative offered a day and time, noting the option of easily changing it. Unfortunately, with your work schedule being restrictive during the week and only available on weekends, and our offices being open Monday through Friday, we were simply unavailable to offer weekend appointments. Thus, our service representative noted the weekday availability and wishing you the best of everything going forward as our staff is unavailable on the days you requested. During the off season, it remains a priority for Rhine to allow our employees uninterrupted time with family over the weekends.
While I wish we could serve your landscaping and construction needs, we wish you the best on your projects and if there’s anything you need in the future, please let us know. Thank you again for the consideration,

Are there any possible dates and times available on the weekends? I'm currently on a very strict 8:30am-5pm weekday schedule at work.

Thank you for your response. Regretfully, our hours are similar to yours, first appt. @ 8:30 and last at 4:00 Monday through Friday.
