Not very pleased with Popular Carpets service, we have lived in Rubery for 40 years and always had Popular, My parents room requires a bit of a re-stretch, which they came out 5 years ago to do (Carpet is approx 10 years old) but maintained brilliantly. Gentleman who i spoke to was so rude, said he wouldn't do it, I even offered to pay but not good enough. Transform Flooring down the road was able to do it for a small price. The lady was so helpful. Sometimes we may not have big jobs all the time, sometimes its the upkeep or maintence we require but they were not interested now that they have big contracts. Funny how businesses don't remember the times you brought business to them during their start up days. Appalling!!!!!
Hi Kiran. I’m very disappointed you felt we have not lived up on this occasion. Poplar Carpets was founded by my grandfather, and we strive to maintain the family levels of service. You are right, we do have big contracts now under our house builder brand, however, it has always been our mission to ensure we stay loyal to our grass roots customers.
