I would thoroughly recommend Stuart he is very thorough and professional. Some oesteos and physios I have seen whilst being good at diagnosing an issue and initially helping relieve the pain don't go any further. Stuart digs deeper to get to the root cause of the problem which is often a part of my body which is completely different to where my pain was. Combined with his previous experience as a PT he has an excellent knowledge and ability to get you back to fitness
