I work with children and young people in a school setting. These cards are a brilliant resource not only are they easy to follow but the 're-frame' concept is very well thought out and relatable to young people. I have used them in a social skills group and the conversation that came from them was amazing. I have both sets and would highly recommend them. In fact I would also use the sets to work with adults. They would be a good support in inner child work.
