Want to know what problems and challenges Lena has (more than) helped me with?
- Knowing I have to change my way of thinking but not knowing how to declutter the chaos in my head.
- Opening up about my fears and thoughts even though I expect myself to ‚work' perfectly all the time.
- My understanding about focus.
- Thinking about the fact that the focus should be set and figured out first before I can expect some sort of safety or clarity.
What has positively impacted me the most… Having Lena asking me the right questions even though I might not wanted to hear them.
Also talking to an understanding listener and having the space to think before respond. Working on my focus and analysing where my focus is set right now.
Lena helped me understand myself and my business more and I would do it all over again and again!
