I am very thankful for the Coaching session I had with Lena. She was not only Kind, calming and polite, but she helped me organize the chaos I had in my head, also processing my emotions. She listened carefuly and helped me gain a different perspective on my Situation. It is amazing that with just a bit of help, what felt like drowning in the ocean can be a small glass of water afterwards.
