If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had called Mason because my car was stuck in park and no matter what I did I couldn’t get it unstuck. Mason answer DURING HIS LUNCH BREAK and assured me that it was probably an easy fix and he’d be out here as soon as possible. He was here within 20 minutes and fixed my issue in 5 minutes. He even showed me how to keep this from happening until I can get the part to fix it. He said, “I don’t want you to be stranded.” This was such a refreshing experience! I live here for school so my entire family is 3-6 hours away and I was freaking out about my car! Mason was such a huge help and he was very professional and kind. I will recommend him from now on!
