The convenience is great but my experience was that the doctors don't listen to their patients and don't build trust which is a basic requirement in a doctor patient relationship. Maybe this practice sees it as a profit making business. I do think online GP's are a great advantage so hopefully my experience is isolated but I won't be using this particular site again.

We were disappointed to hear that you didn't feel our Doctor didn't delivered the experience you were expecting. We agree with you completely that having a positive interaction with the Doctor and building trust is key, and in the vast majority of cases this is certainly the experience that our patients have. We will certainly strive to do better in the in the future and appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience.
