DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This company was pushing and making promises when it was time to sign the contract and now that there is a massive issue it's taken over 90 days and we still don't have a resolution. They were aware that their VA was having issues that were impacting our business and even going missing during the work day for hours, but didn't take any decisive action to stop the behavior and re-direct to protect my company or help their employee. They have cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in revenue. I'm very disappointed that they refuse to take ownership for their extreme dysfunction in the company and mistakes their employee made. I keep asking for an answer and they either don't respond or ask me questions that we have covered multiple times costing me more money and time trying to shift the blame. I'm at a loss of how else to communicate the massive negative and finacial impact they have had on my business and the need for them to provide a resolution.
