My experience been great from my first appointment. The staff made me feel very comfortable especially James. I must admit that it is very awkward at first considering the situation. James made me feel comfortable from the get go. Now it’s no big deal and I enjoy the conversations with James and the treatment goes by quickly without being awkward at all.
