We had a great experience with Vale pianos. My husband and I turned up (without making a booking as we hadn't checked the website for the advice 🤦🏻♀️) with our 2 year old in tow to boot!! We were fully made welcome and our little one was encouraged to have a good go on the pianos too. Great information and advice given in a very un-pushy manner (much appreciated). We chose and ordered over the phone and then were lucky enough to receive our digital piano the next day - due to stock availability and deliveries being made near to us. Over the moon with the service, kindness and professionalism of all we met. Thank you. P.s the piano is ace! I will now play like Matthew Bellamy from Muse!!
