Not a good experience. I phoned this company to see if they were interested in buying my Mum's piano. They were pleasant on the phone and as requested the same day I sent them photos by email.
No response. Chased them up by phone again 11 days later and they promised to get back to me. It then took them a further 14 days to reply by email to say they weren't interested. By this time the piano had already been sold and collected by another dealer...
UPDATE: As expected, excuses were made in the reply but it's really silly to be only checking a spam folder every couple of weeks when you could be missing important emails. It certainly does not take 14 days (AFTER a chasing up) to decide that you're not interested in buying a piano. I remain unimpressed by this company.
As we explained, unfortunately the original email with photos went through to the spam folder and we only check this folder every couple of weeks. Apologies that it was overlooked, but with some of our team returning having been on furlough ready for the showrooms reopening after months of being closed, things were extremely busy. Good to hear that your piano has now sold.
