One of the most important things to me on dealing with service people is that you are able to interact with humans face to face, person to person and even on the phone. It is so satisfying to hear the voice of a human being and not just an automated service and talking to robots or computers. The teacher at this school did just that, he kept in touch with me from beginning to end while taking the test, That was so valuable!
