MATT was rude, obnoxious, yelling in my ear, telling me more about what he WOULD NOT do versus what rugs he will clean.
when told to leave premises, he initially Refused to put furniture back in place...said I was wasting HIS time! His attitude was ABSOLUTE WORST !

we told him to exit the premises..
I was on verge of calling police to remove him with his attitude!
The office staff pleasant. it does not co to field staff!
NOTE: we used John from Jersey Steamer services many times in past with satisfaction.
