If I could give zero stars to this company I would.
We had recently moved to the area toward the end of summer and wanted to get our rugs cleaned. I made it abundantly clear that we were going to store the rugs until cooler months (our new home isn't air conditioned and laying rugs in the thick of the summer heat wouldn't work for the home).
They cleaned our rugs, steamed our floors and steamed our couch.
They returned the rugs rolled and put them into my storage area for me - fully understanding that they would not be unrolled until fall/winter. There was NO mention that the rugs could potentially still be wet and to my surprise the rugs are completely covered in mildew and mold as I discovered this past weekend when we brought them in to unroll them. I immediately called the company to see what we could do and the owner said it's not his fault we stored them and that they would not offer any additional services to redo the rugs for free or even at a discount. If I would have known that the rugs could have been even slightly damp, I would have installed them over the summer, let them dry fully and then move them back into storage to avoid the $1,000s of dollars in damage.
Aside from the rugs, the floor steaming was great but they caused permanent damage to our couch - there are white streaks that we've been unable to remove and they wouldn't rectify that issue either.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT!
