Working with Jay as a coach has been pivotal in my career journey. His hands-on approach and thoughtful workshops pushed me to think outside my typical mindset and helped me think about my professional and personal journey in a new light. One of my favorite aspects of Jay's approach is the emphasis and importance of being your authentic self and reflecting on ways you have grown and continue to grow. I can not thank Jay enough for the experience I have had, which has given me more confidence and a better understanding of who I am becoming both inside and outside the workplace.
