My coach Natalie Jones was by my side through the whole process. I was first given a 0% rating and was ready to quit but she wouldn't let me do it. She pointed to right resources offered by VA Claims Insider on how to seek a higher rating review. After filing the proper form (VA FORM 20-0996) with the addendum/argument of the evidence already submitted, I was increased to 100% with total and permanent disability within a month!
