If we had only called Embark Migration first when my partner and I needed the advice and guidance of a professional experienced committed and registered migration agent with such diverse knowledge of the ever-changing Australian Immigration system we would have saved a whole lot of time stress and money, but unfortunately we did not.
We first applied for a holiday visa which was denied then secondly we found an '' Education consultant' on Facebook who had guaranteed to obtain a study visa only to be denied again.
So after two failed attempts just taking our time, vast amounts of our money causing so much stress disbelief and regret,we were so relieved to finally find Jeff from Embark Migration who from the initial phone call provided the answers, reassurance and guidance to apply not only for the correct type of visa for our situation but also to address the previous two denied visa applications because these denials have an impact on any further visa applications.
So as you can understand our final and thankfully successful visa application was a very complicated and at times stressful process but thanks to Jeff's vast experience and knowledge gained from years previously working for Australian Immigration Department and then leaving to become a Registered Migration Agent himself, Jeff made our journey through this whole process so much easier to understand by planning and being prepared for each step along the way knowing what to do and how the whole process works, while supporting us by answering our questions and addressing our concerns as they arose.
My partner and I truly believe that without Jeff representing us our partner visa application wouldn't have been successful because it was such a complicated process that required a professional Migration Agent.

We needed to contacted Jeff once again in regards to renewing my partners Taiwanese passport as it was due to expire,Jeff responded to our enquires efficiently providing up to date advise on what to do and then once it’s was renewed Jeff updated the details with the Department of Home Affairs. Same great service as always at Embark Migration Agents.
