I have completed the injections in both shoulders. I found QC Kinetex WS to be a clean and welcoming place. Everyone was very professional in their jobs, always willing to answer questions I may have about the procedure and willing to talk to make sure I understood what was going on. The stem cell extraction was explained in detail before and during the procedure and was virtually painless. I have had much worse pain with a tooth filling! I am already seeing a greater degree of range of motion and the pain level is not as bad or constant as it was before starting the procedure. I am very hopeful that there will be some re-growth of the tissues in my shoulders. Only time will tell. I would recommend QC Kinetix to those looking for a non-surgical solution to joint pain.
