i honestly do not understand the few bad reviews. I was at hair institute about 6 years ago. they have been very professional and honest with me. They told me in the first interview, that i might just think about it again and if i still feel that i want to do it, i should come back in a few months. So it was almost like they did not want to sell their product, which i liked. Anyways, i decided to do it and was extremely happy with the outcome. I got only great feedback from family and friends. I never regret this decision and i can recommend it 100%. Rgds, Phil
