County Funerals offered me a competitive quotation at a distressing time. They were helpful giving me the information that I needed in a friendly, unobtrusive manner.
The staff were all helpful, solution focused and efficient. My queries and phone calls were dealt with thoroughly and efficiently with tact and sensitivity.
I appreciated being invited to remember my loved one, by visiting the premises to add a card to a Christmas memory tree. The event was informal, sensitive, emotionally supportive and offered wreath making activities which was a helpful and thoughtful activity. You could also raise a glass and share in the refreshments offered. I would definitely use County Funerals again.
