we bought our piano back in February and yesterday had our first tuning (free of charge) The service from Vale Pianos, throughout the whole process, has been excellent. From great advice when choosing the correct piano for us, (with absolutely no pressure to buy) to a very smooth delivery with people who clearly knew how to safely manoeuvre a piano & finally to the tuning of the piano yesterday, it has been a pleasure to deal with everyone at Vale.
