Purchased a LX D1.O Pump delivered the next day. But it was damaged on one end, I emailed and sent a photo which you replied and ask to send back and get replaced which was very good. But by this time I had already put it on my hot tub and replaced the damaged end with one from my old pump which I replied and told you, and you just replied and said ok thanks. But I was hoping you would give me some sort of discount. Many thanks Terry
