I received a call from a woman who worked here. After saying hello back and forth, I realized the connection must be poor and she must not be able to hear me, so I decided to hang up and call her back. When she answered I said, "who is this?" She replied, "this is so and so with Pride roofing, how may I help you?"
I explained to her that I was just simply calling her back, then she said the same thing, she was calling me back. I said I never called this company. I was just prepared to laugh about it since this has actually happened to me before a handful of times (both ways, me having a missed call and someone having a missed call from me). Sometimes companies sell your info and things happen, it's life.
when I say this girl had the worst attitude I've ever heard...yall. she very rudely responded, "oh okay! So I just got a mysterious missed call from you and you never called? Got it, have a great day ma'am," then hung up.
I don't care WHO you are or HOW GREAT your company is. I would be embarrassed to have someone like this work for my company, and this alone would make me hesitant to ever seek business here.
