Felix is not the cheapest decorator but he provides quality-he pays attention to his work and cleaned up after himself every day. He uses a mixture of spray/brush painting technique. He also painted some other bits of the front masonry which I hadn't asked him to do (to cover up a botched job by other contractors), which was incredibly helpful.
