Zack was an absolute legend. I contacted a number of suppliers where responses ranged from 'None' to 'indifferent'. Zack and Eagle forklifts stood out. Nothing was too much trouble with Zack even undertaking a site visit to verify surface conditions and operability. Great follow up and excellent customer service. Highly recommend giving Eagle Forklifts a call.
