I feel obliged to write this review. I have been in the property business for many years and was surprised at how I was dealt with by this so called "professional" business. An engineer visited my property and gave us a day quote of 958.50, I thought this is a lot higher than my day rate as a GP - but then went along with it as wanted to get the works done quickly and to a high standard. Out of the 5 jobs QUOTED, 2 of them were not done - including the most important (installation of the washer drier). And one of the jobs they did do was at a poor standard. The real trauma happened when I tried to speak to them after. DID NOT WANT TO KNOW, ENGAGE or RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I was even prepared to pay more to get the other issues resolved. They were keen to stick to their illogical explanations and "close the case". no compensation or remedial works offered. The quality of a good professional company is tested when things go wrong. I would recommend "north London heating or plumbing" or even "pimlico" (expensive but accountable) I write this review as I know there are vulnerable people out there who would also be defenceless.

Your dissatisfaction happened 2 months ago, and even though we communicated via email or phone, and you left a 1-star review back then from another account, we are sorry to hear that you still felt to share your issues again, this time from your account. We value all our customers and their needs and so we expect our customers to understand all our efforts in providing the best quality service by treating us with respect. Underestimation can happen. Especially if we are provided with pictures online. We try to help our customers, to make their life easier, and trying to request information as much as we can. ( pictures) That is why we are transparent and we always notify our customers and future customers that the only estimate is only 80% accurate. ( Occasionally 90%-95% or fixed if we are 100% sure.) Your request wasn't clear enough. Simple installation or new installation for a different location is not the same. We are terribly sorry, that we were not able to meet your needs. The work was underestimated with 4-5 hrs, and you offered to pay 1 hr of labour. Communication: We communicated multiple times a day via email and phone and your email was always answered. We discussed the underestimated work, and told you, that we are happy to refund that 1 hour, we estimated the work to be done. Refund offered - You refused our resolution. We offered a resolution, to refund, but you didn't take it, instead, left us two 1-star reviews, one is under your name, and the other one is under the name of Sami H. * Apart from your two 1-star reviews, we have only happy customers, and 5-star reviews. We are operating in North London for many years, left happy customers behind, and always went the extra mile when working because we treat our customers as we wish to be treated. * We kindly ask you to remove the other review you made under a different name because that isn't legit. * Our prices are friendly, and multiple works have been carried out for that price, (Full-day labour and materials) by a gas, safe registered engineer, and highly qualified plumber. We even amended our quote and added a huge work for a very friendly price, to make you happy. * We are professional locals, never received any complaints over many years, and we will make sure to stay on this path. Dissatisfaction can happen, and we were open to resolving that matter, which you have never replied to, but left a bad review instead. Regards
