When I was referred to Dr Pourtaheri, I was very frightened, I had skin cancer on the side of my nose & the damage was so severe that my cancer doctor was referring me to a plastic surgeon. I have had many cancers removed, but never did my cancer doctor feel I needed to go to a plastic surgeon. When I finally got to look at my nose I was terrified, how could anyone fix it, how could it ever look ok. When I met doctor Pourtaheri, he was able to calm me down & reassured me it would be ok. At the time it was hard for me to believe, but after the surgery, I have to believe there is magic in his surgical skills. I don’t think anyone looking at me now would even notice that a 1/3 of my nose had been cut away. I am so very grateful for all he has done to fix my nose, but also for all of his patience and kindness while I was going through this very scary time. I hope I don’t need a plastic surgeon to fix me up again, but I would find him wherever he was practicing, you couldn’t find a better doctor or human being.
