It was an overall great experience. From the time I showed up at the receptionist's desk to getting a full explanation of what would happening and the expected immediately afterwards all the way to the overall results. I like that the scientific parts of their system were broken down into plan English so I would be clear on exactly what would be taken from my body as well as what would be added to it before it was put back into my knees. Each procedure was explain before it happened as well as what was being done throughout the whole process. I was made to feel at ease thru all parts of the process. And today my knees feel way better than they have in years. The constant pain is gone. I can still feel them getting better now. I so wish I had found QC Kinetix years earlier. No more cold and achy winters! the whole staff was great! We even had a small "graduation" at my last treatment. I was glad the treatments were over, but sort of bummed that I would not be seeing the staff there any time soon. Each and every one of the staff was great to deal with and personable.
