Nick called round to inspect my property and take my requirements on 27/09/22, very quickly after my call. He told me I'd get the quote in a week, but when I didn't receive the quote as promised I called and was told he's busy and it would be another week before I got the quote. I called again today, 10/10/22 and have been again told the quote isn't ready. They might be busy, but this isn't very good customer service and not a good look for Fost & Co. Perhaps it's best I haven't received a quote if this is the service they provide? Will be interesting to see if this review gets posted!
