If it was not for Matt Chao, we would not have been able to purchase our home.
From the beginning he was upfront, kind and honest. We approached him about buying two years prior to the purchase, he advised us that it would be better to focus on getting our debt to income ratio down. (It was refreshing to see first hand that it wasn't just about him making money for him)
Two years later we were in a better position to buy and he jumped into action. We were going to purchase a home that was not on the market and the couple did not to use a realtor in the transaction. Long story short, he guided both of our novice families through the home buying process flawlessly. He was not biased and answered hard questions for us both.
We got an amazing rate, and we were extremely fortunate to close on the home quickly. The couple that sold us the home enjoy his work so much that used him in a future transaction.
