Juan Carlos Garcia with AJC Building Maintenance stripped, sealed and polished our new VCT floor of over 5,000 square feet. The stripping was necessary as a previous contractor did not seal the floor with the right sealant or apply the sealant evenly. After AJC's treatments and labor intensive efforts, the floor is shining and seems to be saying, "Thank you Juan and AJC Building Maintenance!". The polish is wonderful. The floor has never looked better as it's finally being cared for properly. AJC treated our space with respect - the space is inviting and the floor is impressive to our guests. I highly recommend Mr. Garcia and AJC - they are professional, knowledgeable, super clean, trustworthy and reliable. You are on speed dial as our flooring maintenance experts.
