My first time ordering from this company and they made a mistake on my order. I reached out to them and asked for a exchange to fix my order and they offered an exchange (customer to pay the shipping - which doesn't make sense since they made the mistake) or a refund. I emailed them back and after 5 attempts to contact them over the span of 2 weeks, they finally replied they will send a refund. I never received the refund and I reached out another 5 times. It's been 2 weeks again now and another bunch of emails later with no reply. At this point I am extremely frustrated. 1 month of trying to contact them and a loss of over $200.
