Was told I would pay a $49.95 fee to come out to house then charged additional $197.00 to unlock house. Never quoted me but came up and unlocked door charged me and never gave me a receipt. Called for manager and locksmith doesn’t know his last name. First name is Sam my total cost was $246.81
And it took 30 seconds to do it. Unprofessional also!
