No show / no call on a scheduled estimate. Wasted 30 mins of my time as I don't live on property that needs work. I can't comment on their workmanship but please let someone know if you aren't going to show up to an estimate!
The woman called me raging out on me shortly after leaving this review, extremely unprofessional; "we don't want to do business with you so take the review down". Trust me, I'd rather not to business with someone who is unprofessional. I was there at 8:55am for a scheduled appointment at 9am. One of my tenants was also there so if they had knocked and rang the doorbell they would've answered especially since I told them we'd be there at 9am. I was there waiting for 20 minutes before leaving. I even called them while I was there to ask if they were running late and to let me know what was going on. They then called me about 10 minutes after I left, I didn't answer because I was busy. Maybe they showed up to the wrong house or maybe late, I don't know. But what I do know is the reaction was unprofessional and glad I'm not hiring them.
