Well the salesman was great, the workers are nice- but communication was not the best. It seems like a struggle for service after the contract was signed. I got windows that the screen wasn’t secured and it took two weeks for them to come back. I also got gutters ( black) and I had to stop them from putting on white ones, they came back and did the black gutters/ then I couldn’t open the basement door. Finally we are done. Gutters right. Windows right. I think it’s the lack of proper communication between office and workers. The window guys dropped something off the roof onto my husband’s car ( they fixed it), but I had to call, surely the guy knew he dropped it and they just left.The car was fixed. All I’ll say is check behind them , before they leave.
