My husband and I are very happy we contracted Greenway Landscape Design & Service to revamp our backyard. Before working with Thad, we received a couple of bids from other landscaping firms...one of which estimated it would be ~100k to replace a 3 foot retaining wall, while arguing over every little design feature we wanted to implement and providing no alternative solution.
Thad was the only one who listened to our overall desire for the space and was able to propose a design that would really enhance the beauty and usability of the backyard. He was patient with us and revised the scope multiple times to include new items we wanted done, as well as, breaking the work into phases for cost management. The proposal was also very reasonably priced, and we recently completed the first phase of the overall project. The new retaining wall and stone steps to replace the rotted wood steps in the ravine look fantastic - really adding a modern touch! Additionally, the team was great to work with throughout the process. The guys did a great job, were very respectful and answered our questions thoroughly. We will be moving forward with phase 2 in the near future.
