My card has been charged but still don't have my order.
I placed an order three weeks ago and have been trying to reach customer service for the past several days. All phone numbers that I have for the company say that my call cannot be completed - which I wonder if the phones have been disconnected. Does anyone have any information on the company and if it is still in business?
