Seems like they have a good selection, and really would like to use them given they're relatively close to me... but customer service is definitely lacking. I inquired about ordering some hickory railing via two methods: I called and spoke to a representative, and also used their "contact us" option on the website. It's been about a week and a half and have heard nothing about my inquiries. I reached out to Scherer Bros. and they were able to help me, so they got my business instead. I know its the holidays and that probably makes things trickier, but Scherer was very helpful and responsive despite that. I'm not going to write off Siwek for my future lumber needs yet, but this isn't a great first impression.
