We reached out to Woow Canada, Kateryna and Sevinj, back in May of this year. We were looking for a second opinion on our sponsorship. Even though we had a current representative for our file, we were transparent with Kateryna and were looking for solutions. Instead of turning us away, they listened to our story and made some recommendations. My family and I truly believe the efforts of Kateryna and Sevinj helped with speeding up the process for our file.
