I had a great experience with your team. Lissie was fabulous. I created a ticket via email. My phone rang within a few minutes ... and I mean a few minutes ... not an hour or 30 or even 15 minutes later. She scheduled a "remote in" solution at a time when I would be available and she was super friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, helpful. She was my gateway to your company and she did a fantastic job! Stephen, one of your company's techs, called me and remoted into my laptop as promised. He didn't just resolve my two issues, he resolved my issues from a systemic and root cause perspective so they don't come back to haunt me. He also explained why they were happening and how he fixed them. So, I learned a few tips and tricks. Thank you both for your approach to solving other people's IT problems.
