Northwest Roof Maintenance was incredibly helpful throughout this whole process. I was initially scheduled for a morning appointment about a week after my roof started leaking. The company was incredibly communicative to me and called to let me know they would need to change my appointment from a morning to an afternoon one. I really appreciated how on top of it they were when that needed to change. After getting set up with Reuben, one of their consultants, everything went very smooth, he is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly where the roof seemed to be leaking. The two techs that showed up, Ryan and Alex were both very professional, communicated well, and worked during rain and wind to help me out. They did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done and finished earlier than they initially told me. The leak has been resolved at this point and I am so grateful for the work done by Northwest Roof Maintenance. They will be my go to from now on.
